Ante Logarusic (pronounced "on-tay") is president and creative director of afl Marketing.
He began his marketing career in the early 90s, promoting bands and doing freelance graphic design work under the moniker of sasaVo.

A member of the local music scene, he played guitar in a number of bands including Lack of Direction and siphon before hanging it up in 1996 when it was time to finally grow up and get a real job.

He joined Volk Optical, a medical lens manufacturer and quickly rose to the position of Marketing Manager. While at Volk, the company doubled its sales and was among the first medical manufacturers to sell product online. He also assisted in the development of 13 new products before leaving in 2001 to strike out on his own.

In 2002, he joined Knez Homes as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Knez Homes. While at Knez, the company achieved nearly 300% growth and was named Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland in 2004.

The company was also recognized by BUILDER magazine as one of the fastest growing builders in the United States (#37) in 2005.

Ante resigned his position in April 2006 to continue with afl Marketing again full time.

Other experiences included a media relations position as field guide and translator assisting journalists covering the wars in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as various freelance graphic design gigs...and one very, very, very brief cup of coffee with another ad agency (hence, his disdain for the whole agency thing).

He currently hosts ideaPeddling - a top rated business podcast (as ranked on Podcast Alley and iTunes) and the Home Genius - a homebuilding podcast.

Ante is currently eCampaign Chair for the Lake County Republican Party and is a member of National Board of Directors of the Croatian American Association.
